Loved this coffee shop! I ordered an iced Americano which was fantastic. The breakfast sandwich was so good, too. My partner and I shared their kolache which was also great. This is a great first stop in a long day of Fredericksburg shopping!

Got the jalapeño kolache as well as a vanilla latte and cold brew from here while we were in town. Super cute little coffee shop with a fun atmosphere. All the baristas were super nice and the coffees and kolache were amazing!

As a chef, I’m very particular with what I eat and try my best to ensure that when I eat out I get to enjoy food with the freshest ingredients. Upon entry, I was greeted with smiling faces. Cashier and barista was very friendly and ensured I got exactly what I wanted when I placed my ordered. They were unaware that I am a pastry chef and still provided exceptional service. I ordered the jill classic with medium fried eggs and a side of avocado. The sour dough bread was absolutely amazing and my eggs were fried to perfection. I also ordered a hazelnut caramel latte that was delicious but I forgot to ask for it to be on the sweeter side but that was totally on me but I still devoured it. Thank you guys for an amazing breakfast, with the best customer service!!! I’ll definitely recommend others to your establishment.

Absolutely delicious and fresh breakfast and coffee! Took advantage of the good weather and sat outside. Staff was super friendly and attentive. There was a long line to order, but it moved fast and most people ordered to go so we had no problem getting a place to sit and eat. We are definitely coming back!

Great coffee shop in Fredericksburg! The back patio is perfect for a lazy slow morning. Love that they have a kitchen for savory breakfast. Don’t skip the chicken and grits bowl!!

Only place in Fredericksburg that has quality espresso, generally well pulled shots and fresh beans that arent over roasted. Good breve cortados and the affogatos are decent as well when they aren't out of ice cream. This isn't Houston people, you can't expect the world's best espresso, but this is as good as you will get in town. Java ranch is nostalgic but with pretty objectively bad coffee, and rock Haus is mid all around. If you care about your beans/roast/shot technique then this is the place for you. If you don't know what I'm talking about and wonder what flavors of coffee they have, then you can get a drink from any of the places in town and shouldn't be disappointed. They are all fine for flavored sugary coffees.

Really enjoyed the quality of the coffee and the experience. Very friendly baristas that were happy to answer our questions to provide a great cold brew drink to our liking. Love that they use MillKing for their dairy options. This will be our go-to coffee stop anytime we're in Fredericksburg. 👍

We were up early on Saturday morning and happy to see that Caliche is open at 7am. We walked over and ordered coffee and breakfast. I had a cappuccino and the yogurt parfait with a peach compote and my husband got a kolache and breakfast sandwich. The service was very friendly and we were able to enjoy our morning on their back patio. If you are looking for a full service breakfast situation this is not the place but was perfect for coffee and light breakfast.

Amazing flat white! The vibe is super cute too, I loved the Book Lovers magazine and handmade zine and there were flyers for the upcoming book festival! Good coffee AND books? 😍 …

On a road trip from Phoenix, headed to Austin. This town and in particular, this coffee shop was a great stop. Had an oat milk latte and their banana bread. Both really good! Highly recommend and also next door where you can shop for some great teas. Parking is easy in the back or along the street.
